Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Kolosseum, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. Kolosseum is operated by Kolosseum Group.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Kolosseum. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate profile information and to keep it current. One person may maintain only one account.

4. Marketplace Rules

Kolosseum is a platform for buying and selling authentic fashion, streetwear, vintage, and luxury goods. You agree not to list counterfeit items, stolen goods, or prohibited items. All listings must accurately represent the item being sold. Kolosseum reserves the right to remove listings or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Transactions

Kolosseum facilitates connections between buyers and sellers but is not a party to transactions. All sales are between users. Kolosseum does not guarantee the authenticity of items unless verified through our authentication partners. Users transact at their own risk.

6. Memberships and Payments

Paid memberships are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of your billing period. Kolosseum does not take commissions or fees on sales between users. Refunds for memberships are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Community Standards

You agree to interact respectfully with other users. Harassment, threats, discrimination, spam, and scam attempts are prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

8. Meetup Safety

Kolosseum provides designated safe meetup recommendations as a convenience. Users are responsible for their own safety during in-person transactions. Kolosseum is not liable for incidents that occur during meetups.

9. Intellectual Property

All Kolosseum branding, design, and technology are owned by Kolosseum Group. User-generated content (listings, photos, messages) remains owned by the user but you grant Kolosseum a license to display it on the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

Kolosseum is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Kolosseum Group is not liable for losses arising from transactions between users, item authenticity disputes, or meetup incidents. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your membership in the preceding 12 months.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
